Letting Go

Inspired by the change from film to digital photography. Also encompasses letting go of friends, family, childhood, and other things that change throughout one's life. Subject is falling though a CMOS chip and into the digital world, letting go of analog film. The hexagons represent hex code with digital terminology imprinting on them. This also is another statement on the use of grunge in photos. The subject is turning "grunge where the lightning is striking his body. In an attempt to get all the body up to the fingertips in focus, three images were stitch together, which was a challenge in that I was the subject and had to get up to refocus.
